AfCS Yeast 2-Hybrid Interaction Data Overview
2/28/05 A further 59 new Y2H interactions were released
2/28/05. They involve 17 of the baits selected by the AfCS (GRK2,
CALM, CAML, FCER1G, ITK, ITPR1, PIK3CA, PIK3CG, PIP5K2C, PLCD1, PLCE1,
PIK3R5, PPP2R1A, PTEN, RGS19, SOS and NTAL). 56 prey proteins were
pulled out by these baits. Interactions of note were both Grk2 and
PI3Kp110a with the p105 subunit of NFkB, calmodulin with several
myosin isoforms and NOS2, PP2A with protein kinase N and 2 striatin
protein family members and NTAL with a calcium modulating ligand. 53
proteins appeared in the AfCS data set for the first time in this
release.
1/31/05 44 new Y2H interactions were released on 1/31/05.
They involve 14 of the baits selected by the AFCS (BLNK, GAB2, GRB2,
ITPKC, LYNa, PIK3CA, PIK3CG, PIK3R1(724), PIK3R2, PLCD1,PRKCZ, SYK,
TRAF1 and VAV1). 26 individual prey proteins were pulled out by these
baits. Among these, signaling proteins of note were 14-3-3 zeta,
Grb2, Chk2, Btk, Gab2, SHIP, PI3Kp85a and beta-catenin. 8 proteins
appear in the AfCS Y2H data set for the first time in this
release.
